Vacation Bible School

Lord of Life's "Sky: Everything is Possible with God" Vacation Bible School will be held July 30 - August 3, 2012. for children age 3 through those entering 5th grade.

Day 1: No matter who you are ... trust God!

Bible Story: A Roman officer has faith in Jesus.

(Matthew 8:5-13)

Bible Verse: "People judge by outward

appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart."

(Psalm 139:14)

Day 2: No matter how you feel ... trust God!

Bible Story: Jesus brings Lazarus back to life.

 (John 11)

Bible Verse: "Don't let your hearts be troubled.

Trust in God" (Psalm 139:4)

Day 3: No matter what people do ... trust God!

Bible Story: Jesus is arrested and put on trial.

(Matthew 26:36-27:31)

Bible Verse: "But those who trust in the Lord will

find new strength.  They will soar high on wings

like eagles." (Isaiah 40:31)

Day 4: No matter what happens ... trust God!

Bible Story: Jesus dies and comes back

to life. (Matthew 27:32-28:20)

Bible Verse: "And I am convinced that nothing can

separate us from God's Love." (Romans 8:38)

Day 5: No matter where you are ... trust God!

Bible Story: Jesus makes a beachside breakfast

for his friends.  (John 21:1-14)

Bible Verse: "Be strong and courageous.  Do not

be discouraged.  For the Lord your God is with

you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9)
