The Jubilate Children's Choir

The Jubilate Children’s Choir is comprised of children from Kindergarten through 5th grade, rehearsing most Sunday afternoons during the academic term from 4.30-5.30pm. Each rehearsal begins with fun and action songs, but continues as children learn the basics of singing and musicianship, including how to sing with varying dynamics and proper diction. The Jubilate Children’s Choir sings in church about once a month, endeavoring to lead worship by singing a version of a hymn or an anthem related to the lectionary for the Sunday. Frequent leadership in worship also allows for learning about Lutheran worship and liturgy. They are always welcoming new participants! Contact Benjamin Kolodziej for more information.
