We Need Used Cell Phones
If you or someone you know have cell phones that are no longer used, bring them to church and place them in the donation boxes in the narthex or outside the youth rooms. The phones will be re-furbished and re-used for 911 purposes or recycled; but our Youth Ministry will receive up to $75 per phone. No accessories are needed – only the phone and battery. This phone drive will be an on-going fundraiser. Proceeds will go toward the cost of the National Youth Gathering 2010.

Are You Interested in the Hymns and Songs We Sing at LOL?
In an effort to assist in increasing the meaningfulness of worship and perhaps home devotions, there is now a one-page “interesting fact sheet” about two of the hymns in the following week’s worship service available in the carrel near the side door in the narthex. This little sheet just takes two minutes to read, but could offer some profound insights to the songs and hymns we too often take for granted! This information is also on the Lord of Life web page.
